The purpose of this application is to allow a representative from each team to create a profile and register for an event.
Registrations are posted in real time displaying a list of teams for each event to both Touch Football Ontario and other teams.
The application is brand new, if you do happen to run into any problems, please contact the Web Admin and we will do our best to assist you.

| Step 1 - Create your Profile - Click on "Create Profile" |

Complete the profile form
Your username will be your email address, make sure you enter it correctly.
Click Submit |

Authentication -
An email is instantly sent to the email address you provided.
The email contains a link that will activate your profile, click on the link.
If you do not receive your activation email, check your spam folder or contact MyTournament.ca Web Admin for assistance at Web Admin
Some email providers will not accept auto emails.
Click Team Rep Sign in to login to your profile
The task of creating your profile is done once, from here on in you simply login to register for an event. |

Step 2 - Set up your profile - Click Add a team |

Choose your team from the dropdown list
If your team is not on the list, check the "Add a team to the list" box and enter your teaam information.
Click Submit when complete. |

Step 3 - Event Registration
Click the Register button beside your team to enter the event. |
 |
Click the Withdraw button beside your team to withdraw from the event.
Note: Teams can only register prior to the registration deadline (midnight of the date provided).
The withdraw button will remove your team from the event.
Note: The withdraw button will not remove your team from the event if your team has already been tagged as paid by Touch Football Ontario but will ask you to contact Touch Football Ontario to remove your team from the event.
 Indicates edit, either your profile or team
 Indicates delete the team
Click Logout |

Step 4 - Confirm Registration
Confirm your team is listed in the event.
Send payment to Touch Football Ontario
 Indicates that Touch Football Ontario has received your payment. |

Rosters
Click the Roster icon  |
 |
Complete all fields and click Enter Player |
 |
Click the Edit icon to make changes to the player or the Delete icon to remove them. |

Make the required changes to this player and click the Update button. |
